ABOUT

The Development of WaterfallCalc.com

WaterfallCalc.com was created by Donna Schmidt, the Managing Director of DLS Servicing Consultants, LLC and Andy Tabisz, the President of WorkSmart Database Masters, LLC to accommodate the need for fair and consistent loss mitigation. Donna Schmidt's experience as the managing director of DLS Servicing Consultants for over 30 years led her to recognize the need for a quick and easy-to-use program that handles Loss Mitigation proficiently and accurately.

Partnering with Andy Tabisz of WorkSmart Database Masters, an established database programmer, WaterfallCalc.com was created to meet the demand of processing loans under the current, more complicated insurer guidelines. WaterfallCalc.com is an affordable, user-friendly program designed to meet the needs of all mortgage servicers.

Currently the team of programmers and technology support personnel ensure that the system is maintained to the highest security standards, compliant with all industry related requirements and constantly updated to meet our client’s needs.  We are always looking for ways to add value and streamline the process.
