Escrow Analysis

Our WaterfallCalc.com system performs an accurate projected escrow analysis for all modification/partial claim options that takes into account the effective date of the modification or partial claim, the funds credited to escrow during the trial payment plan and as a result of the partial claim. The projections are so accurate, there is no need to perform another escrow analysis at the end of the trial payment period.
